Honey Truffle Chicken Cutlets

this honey truffle chicken might be the best meal I’ve had in a minute.🍗


Does anyone else prefer a thin piece of chicken over a thick piece? 👀 I KNOW I CANT BE THE ONLY ONE 😂


What you’ll need

•6 chicken cutlets

•1.5 cups flour

•1.5 panko bread crumbs

•2 eggs

•butter

•honey

•white truffle oil

•flaky sea salt

•avocado oil

Seasoning I used:

Garlic powder, onion powder , granulated chicken bouillon , smoked paprika, salt & pepper( measure with your heart)


Directions:

1. Set up dredging station , season the eggs with some salt , and season the flour and the panko with all the seasonings above

2. Season chicken with everything but the chicken bouillon.

3. Dip your chicken in the egg, flour then panko ( let the chicken sit for 30 mins before frying )

4. To make the honey truffle add a small knob of butter , some honey and truffle oil (a little goes a long way with the truffle) you can also buy truffle honey to save you time .

5. Shallow fry the chicken cutlets for 4-5 mins per side until nice and golden brown & top with flaky sea salt.

*I like to serve it with mash potatoes and a broccoli or asparagus.
