mini corn dogs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp organic raw honey
dry ingredients:
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
other ingredients:
hot dogs
wooden skewers
vegetable oil
Directions:
Cut your hot dogs in thirds , and make sure to pat dry the hot dogs ( that allows the batter to stick to the hot dog)
Skewer the hot dogs.
To a bowl mix all your wet ingredients.
To a separate bowl mix all your dry ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a tall glass and dip each hot dog into the batter. Making sure to fully coat the hot dog in the batter.
Fry corn dogs at 375 for about 6 mins or until it's dark golden brown
Serve with mustard and ketchup. ENJOY!
