White Linen Cocktail

This is the cocktail of my summer. I’m fully obsessed with the White Linen. It's refreshing, light, and just ridiculously good. The cucumber, the elderflower, the gin, the bubbles… it’s everything I want on a hot day. It’s crisp without being too sweet, and it just feels like summer in a glass. You can catch me sipping these all season long...backyard, brunch, beach day, doesn’t matter. This is my go-to.

What you'll need:

  • 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin

  • 1/2 oz St. Germain

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 3 cucumber slices (muddled)

  • Prosecco

for garnish: cucumber ribbon

Directions

  1. Line the inside of a glass with a thin cucumber slice. Place the glass in the freezer to chill.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 3 cucumber slices with the simple syrup and mudldle.

  3. Add gin, St- Germain, lemon juice and ice to the shaker. Shake well.

  4. Remove your glass from the freezer and fill it with ice. Double strain the cocktail into the glass.

  5. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a cucumber ribbon. Enjoy!
